Dubai, Emirates Islamic , one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, recently held an open event where clients shared their feedback, suggestions and experience interacting with senior officials of the bank.
The event, managed by Emirates Islamic Innovation and Customer Experience divisions, was in line with the bank’s community-focused strategy, where customers’ feedback is integral to shaping their future product and service offerings.
The bank has announced that future events will be held regularly to gain further customer insight.
