Halal Butcher Convicted Of Felony Financial CrimesHalal meat Harjavalta and Hämeenlinna sold the man left without paying taxes and supporting documents to register the accounts. The judgment is the year of conditional imprisonment.

Satakunta and Häme worked as a butcher has received a prison sentence of several financial crimes Satakunta district court. The crimes took place in 2006-2010.

Man selling halal meat in Hämeenlinna and Harjavalta. He left the vouchers unrecognized accounts, without payment of taxes and raised the money to the company itself, causing damage to creditors.

Year in prison

Man sentenced to one year’s imprisonment and a suspended ban on business operations.The punishment became aggravated accounting offense, aggravated tax fraud and aggravated debtor’s dishonesty. Instead, accused of aggravated fraud was rejected.

Halal butcher will also have to pay a compensation of more than EUR 140 000. Damage to the affected parties to the proceedings were dozens.

The indicted was also his business partner. This was a five-month suspended prison sentence for aggravated accounting offense, and business ban.

The ruling can be appealed and is not yet final.
