Nine heads of state, 12 ministers, four Central Bank Governors attending occasion in Dubai

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, opened on Tuesday the tenth World Islamic Economic Forum at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai.
