Midamar Expands Halal Frozen Entree Line

Cedar Rapids, IA, Feb. 27, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Midamar has been producing frozen entrees for many years and they have now teamed up with a popular cook, Fauzia M. Afif, and co-founder Fozia Najfi, to create frozen entrees with unique flavors. We are excited to bring to you four entrees in total:
 

• Halal Homestyle Salisbury Steak made from Zabihah Halal beef ground and mixed with onions and spices, paired with creamy mashed potatoes and brown gravy. 
• Halal Macaroni and Cheese is a classic elbow pasta mixed with a mozzarella and cheddar cheese sauce and served with Midamar customer’s favorite Halal Chicken Breast Nuggets. 
• Beef Biryani, a classic dish, made with Midamar’s Zabiha Halal Beef Chunks and cubed potatoes topping aromatic basmati rice. 
• The last entree is a cheesy Lasagna layered with Zabiha Halal beef, halal mozzarella cheese, and plenty of veggies.
