Nominations Now Open for the 3rd World Islamic Tourism & Trade Awards (WITA 2025)

Kuala Lunpur, — The prestigious 3rd World Islamic Tourism & Trade Awards (WITA) is now officially open for nominations. Organized by the Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATA), this highly anticipated event aims to recognize and celebrate excellence in the fields of Islamic tourism and trade on a global scale.

The awards ceremony will take place on the evening of Monday, 25th August 2025, at the illustrious Sunway Resort Hotel, Bandar Sunway, Selangor. This landmark occasion is held in conjunction with the World Islamic Tourism & Trade Expo (WITEX) and the World Cultural & Art Festival (WCAF) uniting key players in the tourism, trade, and cultural sectors.

Objective of the Awards

The World Islamic Tourism & Trade Awards aim to:
